Have you heard the rumblings of major retailers now asking food manufacturers to obtain certification to one of the global food safety standards? The rumors are true – several major retailers have notified select food manufacturers to become certified, some as early as this year. Food Safety Management Systems Workshop
January 25-29, 2010 Orlando, FL

This three day workshop discusses: the Global Food Safety requirements; and the specific requirements of the five approved GFSI standards: BRC, Dutch HACCP, FSSC 22000, IFS, and SQF. Management system and prerequisite requirements of the standards and the additional HACCP requirements are presented. Implementation direction and numerous tools are provided with exercises to clearly understand the requirements. You will leave the course with direction and the beginning of a full implementation plan.
