Safety Management Systems Workshop

This
three day workshop discusses: the Global Food Safety requirements;
and the specific requirements of the five approved GFSI standards:
BRC, Dutch HACCP, FSSC 22000, IFS, and SQF. Management system
and prerequisite requirements of the standards and the additional
HACCP requirements are presented. Implementation direction and
numerous tools are provided with exercises to clearly understand
the requirements. You will leave the course with direction and
the beginning of a full implementation plan.
