Quest Analytical staff has been training auditors to audit quality programs since 1996, with emphasis on the ISO 9000 standards. Our auditor training materials are prepared by IRCA certified auditors. Our ISO 9001:2000 auditor training is provided in two courses: the first for new auditors with no auditing experience. This training is a two-day program. The second course is for experienced auditors to update them to the new standard. Both courses are designed to be objectives focused in keeping with the new emphasis on objectives.

As with all Quest Analytical courses, your materials are incorporated into the training. For internal auditor training your materials are used during the process auditing portion of this training to make the material more realistic to your auditors.

New Auditor Training: The new auditor training lasts 16 hours over two days and covers the new standard, auditing techniques, and practice exercises with emphasis on auditing based on objectives. This course focuses on hands-on practice exercises extensively over the two days of training. This course is available for up to 12 people. The training agenda is below:

Experienced Auditor Training: This course is for experienced auditors to help them transition to the new standard. The transition course lasts 6 hours and covers the new standard and auditing practices such as following trails. This course also emphasizes auditing based on objectives in accordance with the new standard’s emphasis on objectives. Fewer exercises are performed in this training. Participants should be comfortable with the auditing process prior to attending. The course allows for up to 12 people and includes all training materials.
